The Rose on Colfax Groundbreaking Event

Mercy Housing Mountain Plains recently broke ground on the Rose on Colfax, an 82-unit multi-family, mixed-income affordable housing project.





The official groundbreaking ceremony took place on Thursday, April 7th at 11:00 a.m.

The project, located at 1500 N. Valentia and 1510 N. Valentia Denver, CO 80220 will offer a robust Resident Service and an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Center to be operated by Mile High Early Learning (MHEL), one of Denver’s oldest and leading high-quality non-profit early education and childcare provider.





The Rose on Colfax, scheduled to be completed in Summer 2023, will serve households making between 30% and 70% of the area median income.





When finished, the project will have one, two, three, and four-

bedroom options with community amenities like a fitness center, 2nd

floor courtyard, community room with kitchen/lounge area and

community laundry rooms on every floor.
